ETSI-IQC-QSC-2019: 7th ETSI/IQC Quantum-Safe Cryptography Workshop

The 7th ETSI/IQC Quantum-Safe Cryptography Workshop organized by ETSI in partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS) took place on 5 to 7 November 2019 at the Amazon Headquarters in Seattle, USA.

The event started with an Executive Track (invited talks) on 5 November and followed by an in depth Technical Track (with contributed talks and posters) on 6-7 November 2019.

CryptoWorks21 Spring training workshop

This annual summer bootcamp started on 30 May 2019 and ended on 23 August 2019.  The professional workshops offered trainings such as Standard and Certification, intellectual property protection, and commercialization, while technical workshops included areas like cryptography, network security, and quantum information.  It was also offered to non-CryptoWorks21 graduate students at University of Waterloo.

TQC 2019

This annual conference was hosted by the University of Maryland in College Park on 3-5 June 2019. This is the fourteenth in a series that started in Atsugi, Japan in 2006. 

Quantum Cryptography School for Young Students (QCSYS)

This unique nine- day enrichment program ended on 14 August 2019.  QCSYS will run again 6-14 August 2020. The program has space for 44 participants.

Intellectual Property Management (IP) Lunch and Learn Lecture series (3)

CryptoWorks21 had once again offered the IP Management Lunch and Learn Lecture Series at the Institute for Quantum Computing, Lazaridis Quantum Nano Centre. The series started on 13 November 2018 and ended on 14 May 2019.

CryptoWorks21 Distinguished lecture (4)

We are very delighted to have Angela Mondou as our event speaker on 12 March 2019.  Angela shared her insight into technology commercialization with the audience.

QIP 2019

QIP 2019 was hosted by University of Colorado Boulder in  Colorado, United States. It  featured a tutorial program, plenary talks, contributed talks, mentoring sessions, industry session and  poster sessions.  It took place on 14-18 January 2019.
